India is getting ready for something super cool! 🤩 We're launching our very first Vande Bharat Sleeper train, which means you can now sleep comfortably while traveling long distances. This amazing train will connect Howrah in West Bengal all the way to Kamakhya (near Guwahati) in Assam.
🚄 This special train will make your journey much faster, cutting down travel time by about 3.5 hours! It's built right here in India, which we call "Make in India," showing how clever our engineers are. The train has 16 coaches and can carry 823 passengers.
Inside, it's fully air-conditioned with different types of comfy sleeping coaches, like AC three-tier and AC two-tier. Imagine waking up in a new city after a good night's sleep on a train! ✨ It will run six days a week, making travel between these two states much easier.
